BREAKING: Florida Man Wins Right to Grow His Own Marijuana

Leon County Circuit Judge Karen Gievers has ruled that Tampa strip club owner Joe Redner has the right to grow his own marijuana. The ruling, released Wednesday morning, gives the 77-year-old Redner — and only Redner — the ability to grow his own marijuana.
